3.3.7 Hose assembly. Hose shall be installed with MIL-DTL-5070 adapters conforming to
MIL-DTL-8795 hose assembly
3.3.8 Fluids. Hose shall be used with petroleum based, synthetic based, or hydrocarbon based
hydraulic fluids, pneumatic, coolant, fuels and oils.
3.3.9 Cleanliness. The interior surface of the hose shall be free from oil, grease, dirt, moisture,
cleaning solvents and foreign materials.
