2/ Assembly PIN MS28741-3 shall not be used for hydraulic applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hose assemblies shall be as specified on figure 1 and in table I.
The hose assembly identification shall be marked in accordance with MIL-DTL-8795, identification of product, as specified in the requirements section.
PIN example:
MS28741 -8 -016 4
Length in eighths of an inch (0 through 7)
Length in inches (3 places)
Dash size number (see table I)
Specification number
MS prefix
Example of a PIN: MS28741-8-0164. MS28741 hose assembly, .406 inch (10.31 mm) ID, length
16.500 inches.
